Forward Township Ordinance No. 2012-2

No vehicles associated with oil and gas operations may be staged, queued, or parked on public roadways.

Hours of operation

1.No construction activities connected with oil and gas operations, except assembling and disassembling drilling rigs, may take place outside 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless the township authorizes otherwise. There is no hour restriction during rig assembly and disassembly.

2.No oil and gas operations, except subterranean operations, drilling wells, and operating natural gas compressor stations and processing plants, may take place outside 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. There is no hour restriction for drilling wells or operating compressor stations and processing plants.

3.The restrictions in (1) and (2) apply to all truck traffic accessing the site.

Hauling hours: Saturdays and Sundays 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; weekdays 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

All trucks entering or leaving the Rostosky pad must keep 30 seconds of spacing between trucks, even while driving on the roads. If one truck stops, all trucks keep the 30-second distance. This applies to all Forward Township roads approaching and leaving the pad.

One-way traffic must be maintained on Rostosky Ridge Road.
